The APPG on Baby Loss is holding a meeting focused on the structural issues in maternity and neonatal care to inform our evidence submission to the National Maternity and Neonatal Investigation in England.
The meeting will be an open discussion of the systemic factors driving the failure to improve the quality, safety and experience of maternity and neonatal care for bereaved parents and families, and the structural issues shaping pregnancy and baby loss.
The discussion during this APPG meeting will inform our written evidence submission to the investigation, drawing on the lived experience and expertise of bereaved parents and families as well as pregnancy and baby loss organisations and healthcare professionals.
This meeting provides an opportunity for all supporters of the APPG on Baby Loss to feed into the work of the investigation and shape the future of maternity and neonatal care in England.
