Get more involved in the #EndInequalityInBabyLoss campaign

At Sands, we are campaigning to end inequalities in baby loss.

We know that rates of pregnancy loss and baby deaths are higher among Black and Asian babies than compared with white babies.

This is unacceptable. No baby should have an increased risk of dying because of their race or ethnicity.

An important part of our #EndInequalityInBabyLoss campaign focuses on amplifying the voices of Black, Asian and mixed ethnicity people who have been impacted by baby loss, supporting them to put pressure on the Government to change things.

This could be through helping people to share their experiences on social media, speaking at events, or meeting politicians directly.

Are you from a Black, Asian, or mixed ethnicity background? Do you have a poor experience of maternity or neonatal care? Do you want to get involved in the campaign? If so, fill out this short form and we can contact you to discuss how you could get involved in a way that works for you.

The campaign will become busier and quieter in different periods throughout the year. So although we can’t guarantee there will always be lots of ways to get involved, we can get in touch when any opportunities arise.

We plan to campaign on a variety of other issues in the near future. So if this issue isn't personally relevant to you, please do keep an eye on your inbox for other ways to get involved.
