On Tuesday 25th October, the annual Baby Loss Awareness Week debate will take place in Parliament.
Recent reports have shown that due to workforce shortages healthcare staff are struggling to provide safe maternity care for all and compassionate bereavement care for parents following baby loss. Safe staffing is crucial to saving babies and supporting bereaved parents – that’s why we are supporting the debate to urge the Government to put in place a fully funded long term plan for suffcient staffing in materity and neonatal services.
This is your chance to ensure your MP attends the debate and speaks up about the urgent need to reduce baby loss, support bereaved parents and adequately staff maternity and neonatal units. They can give voice to the concerns and experiences of constituents like you
To join our campaign, add your details to find your local MP and ask that they attend the debate.
