In our recent survey, 81% of bereaved parents told us they wanted access to specialist mental health care.
But only 1 in 6 of them told us they could access it through the NHS.
In Northern Ireland there are currently no specialist mental health care pathways for bereaved parents.
This must change.
We are calling on the Northern Ireland government to expand perinatal mental health services to ensure that specialist psychological support pathways for bereaved parents are available across Northern Ireland.
Help us ensure the government takes urgent action so all bereaved parents can access the support they need.
