Always There - Help us improve maternity care for those pregnant after loss in Northern Ireland

All women pregnant again following the death of a baby should be offered the same maternity team to care for them and their baby, throughout pregnancy, birth and afterwards.

Known as ‘Continuity of Carer’, this model of care helps save lives and create emotional and psychological safety for mothers and partners.

The Government have recognised the importance of this model of care, but we want them to go further and roll it out across Northern Ireland, making sure women who are pregnant again after the death of a baby are prioritised to receive it.

Please ask your MLAs to write to Robin Swann, Minster of Health about this.

Add your details here and we will find your local MLAs and give you a template message that you can edit to send to them.
